This healthcare e-recruiting company quickly became the market leader by driving hundreds of thousands of healthcare professionals to the web site. In August 2000, headhunter.NET (now CareerBuilder.com), a leading job awareness site, purchased the company. Jay spent several years with Miller Brewing Company and Miller wholesalers prior to joining MiracleWorkers.com.

Jay received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Management Economics from Hampden-Sydney College and a Master of Business Administration degree from Oglethorpe University. He serves on the Board of Directors for United Cerebral Palsy of Georgia.
