Jay Kapp
is the founder and
President of Kapp
Koncepts, Inc.,
as well as the lead
Web Designer and
Information Architect.
Prior to Kapp Koncepts,
Jay was Director
of Marketing for
MiracleWorkers.com.
This healthcare
e-recruiting company
quickly became the
market leader by
driving hundreds
of thousands of
healthcare professionals
to the web site.
In August 2000,
headhunter.NET (now
CareerBuilder.com),
a leading job awareness
site, purchased
the company. Jay
spent several years
with Miller Brewing
Company and Miller
wholesalers prior
to joining MiracleWorkers.com.
Jay received a
Bachelor of Arts
degree in Management
Economics from Hampden-Sydney
College and a Master
of Business Administration
degree from Oglethorpe
University. He serves
on the Board of
Directors for United
Cerebral Palsy of
Georgia.
Jay lives in Dunwoody
with his wife Jenniffer
and son Charlie.
Mike Babincak
is the Lead Web
Developer for Kapp
Koncepts, Inc. Mike’s
work experience
comes from his freelance
background working
with such clients
as The Ritz Carlton,
McDonald’s,
and MortgageTrader.com.
Mike spent a year
and a half with
Networks!, Inc.
as a project manager
working on such
Web Sites as TrueValue.com
and BallyFitness.com.
Prior to Networks!,
Mike worked for
the McDonald’s
Corporation as a
Lead Web Developer.
Mike received a
Bachelor of Science
in Computer Engineering
from the University
of Notre Dame. He
has done volunteering
and fundraising
for several non-profit
organizations, including
Ronald McDonald
Children Charities,
Christopher Zorich
Foundation, Notre
Dame Club of Chicago,
and Notre Dame Center
for Social Concerns.
Mike lives in Smyrna
with his wife Alycia
and their daughter
Ally.
