Jay Kapp founded Kapp Koncepts, Inc. way back in 2001. Today, he continues to work with clients on website design, marketing strategy, and business process improvement solutions.
Prior to Kapp Koncepts, Jay was Director of Marketing for MiracleWorkers.com, a healthcare employment website. In August 2000, Headhunter.net acquired the company (which was later acquired by CareerBuilder.com). Jay spent several years with Miller Brewing Company (now MillerCoors) and Miller wholesalers prior to joining MiracleWorkers.com.
Jay is the Vice Chairperson on the Board of Directors for United Cerebral Palsy of Georgia, one of the largest non-profit organizations in the state. In 2013, he received the "Ethel Hausman National Volunteer of the Year Award" from United Cerebral Palsy for his efforts to improve the life of people with disabilities. He is active with numerous community organizations, including the Dunwoody Homeowners Association, Dunwoody Preservation Trust, Dunwoody Soap Box Derby, and Murphey Candler Little League. In 2011, he received the "Rising Star Award" from the Dunwoody Chamber of Commerce, an award given to a business owner under the age of 40 who exemplifies leadership and community involvement. Jay received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Management Economics from Hampden-Sydney College and a Master of Business Administration degree from Oglethorpe University. Jay lives in Dunwoody with his wife and children.
Mary Paige Larsen oversees client services and manages projects for the team. Mary Paige has more than nine years of experience in the creative industry, ranging from video editing to digital advertising. She received a Bachelor of Science from James Madison University in media arts and design and a diploma certification for advertising design from the Art Institute of Atlanta. Mary Paige and her husband live in the North Druid Hills area and enjoy spending time with their son.
Nicole Hopkins is our lead web and graphic designer. Nicole is constantly looking for new ideas and ways to keep her design work cutting edge. She's been designing websites and marketing materials since 2007. When Nicole is not behind her iMac, she can typically be found enjoying music at a local music venue (often near her home in East Atlanta). Nicole received a Bachelor of Fine Arts from The Art Institute in Graphic Design.
