Our Team
Jay Kapp is the founder and President of Kapp Koncepts, Inc. Jay works with clients as a web designer and project manager.
Prior to Kapp Koncepts, Jay was Director of Marketing for MiracleWorkers.com. MiracleWorkers.com quickly became the largest source of online healthcare jobs and in August 2000, headhunter.NET (now CareerBuilder.com), acquired the company. Jay spent several years with Miller Brewing Company and Miller wholesalers prior to joining MiracleWorkers.com.
Jay is the Vice Chairperson on the Board of Directors for United Cerebral Palsy of Georgia, one of the largest non-profit organizations in the state. He coached baseball (7 years) and fast pitch softball (5 years) at St. Pius X Catholic High School as a Community Coach. He has volunteered for various community organizations – including the Dunwoody Homeowners Association, Citizens for Dunwoody, and the Dunwoody Soapbox Derby. Jay received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Management Economics from Hampden-Sydney College and a Master of Business Administration degree from Oglethorpe University. Jay lives in Dunwoody with his wife and children.
is the Senior Technical Advisor for Kapp Koncepts, Inc. Mike's software engineering background includes over 15 years of web application development. Mike's experience comes from clients such as McDonald's, MillerCoors, The Ritz Carlton, TrueValue.com and BallyFitness.com.
Mike has a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering from the University of Notre Dame and a music performance certificate from the Berklee College of Music. He has done volunteering and fundraising for several non-profit organizations, including Ronald McDonald Children Charities, Christopher Zorich Foundation, Notre Dame Club of Chicago, and Notre Dame Center for Social Concerns.
Mary Paige Edwards is a Web and Graphic Designer for Kapp Koncepts, Inc. Mary Paige works with clients to create unique web sites, printed materials, and corporate identities. Previously, Mary Paige was a Video Producer at Prime Media Productions in Smithfield, Virginia.
Mary Paige is the President of the Atlanta Alumnae Chapter of Alpha Phi and coaches cheerleading at St. Pius X Catholic High School. Mary Paige received a Bachelor of Science degree in Media Arts and Design with a concentration in Digital Video from James Madison University and a diploma in Advertising Design at The Art Institute of Atlanta. She lives in Dunwoody and is planning a June 2010 wedding.
Jason Medina is a Web Designer and Developer at Kapp Koncepts, Inc. Previously, Jason was a partner in Sobad Graphix, Inc., a web and graphic design boutique agency from 2005 to 2009 and prior to that, a senior graphic designer for Customer Integrated Solutions.
Jason studied Visual Communications for Print and Web at North Metro Technical Institute; prior to studying graphic design, he attended Lee University on a music scholarship and toured extensively as the drummer for the Lee Singers and Second Edition.
In his spare time, Jason is foremost a drummer but also plays guitar and keyboards. His early musical career landed a record deal and he toured throughout the US with a Christian punk rock band, Average Joe Aspiring. Jason continues to enjoy writing and recording songs and is currently the drummer for an Elvis tribute band. Jason lives in Kennesaw with his wife Ania and two Yorkies, Scarlet and Henry.
