Who We Are
Our Team
Jay Kapp founded Kapp Koncepts, Inc. way back in 2001. Today, he continues to work with clients on website design, marketing strategy, and business process improvement applications.
Prior to Kapp Koncepts, Jay was Director of Marketing for MiracleWorkers.com. MiracleWorkers.com quickly became the largest source of online healthcare jobs and in August 2000, headhunter.NET (now CareerBuilder.com), acquired the company. Jay spent several years with Miller Brewing Company and Miller wholesalers prior to joining MiracleWorkers.com.
Jay is the Vice Chairperson on the Board of Directors for United Cerebral Palsy of Georgia, one of the largest non-profit organizations in the state. He coached baseball (7 years) and fastpitch softball (5 years) at St. Pius X Catholic High School as a community coach. He has volunteered for various community organizations – including the Dunwoody Homeowners Association, Dunwoody Preservation Trust, Dunwoody Soapbox Derby, and Citizens for Dunwoody. Jay received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Management Economics from Hampden-Sydney College and a Master of Business Administration degree from Oglethorpe University. Jay lives in Dunwoody with his wife and children.
Joey Craig takes the graphics we create and transforms them into working websites. Joey has over 20 years of experience in marketing - ranging from video production to web design to search engine optimization. Joey has an BA in Music from Northwestern State University, an Associate's degree from The Art Institute of Atlanta in Management and Production, and a Masters certificate in Web Design from Sessions School of Design. When he's not building and marketing websites for clients, Joey and his wife are busy with their twin daughters.
Mary Paige Larsen oversees client services and manages projects for the team. Mary Paige has more than seven years of experience in the creative industry, ranging from video editing to digital advertising. She received a Bachelor of Science from James Madison University in media arts and design and a diploma certification for advertising design from the Art Institute of Atlanta. Outside of the office she enjoys spending time with her husband and their two pets.
